This is our second time working with Eghard and his team. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with finding us the right product. We refinanced 3 of our properties with him this time and he is especially adept at “hard cases”. The first time he found us our 2 Australian home mortgages, we were both living and working in the US (and my husband is self employed to boot). You can imagine the challenge that presented! Eghard is a pleasure to work with and is a super communicator. If you need to find someone that can work miracles for you… Eghard is the man! Our loan wasn't especially straight forward this time either (interest rates are still high) and he worked hard to find us the best deal with still a unique set of financial positions.
